$1,089,000 median sales price, up 25.9% from September.
17 median days on market, up 70.0%.
83 homes sold, down 31.4%.
186 new listings, up 84.2%.
Meridian
$549,000 median sales price, down 4.5% from September.
22 median days on market, up 10.0%.
239 homes sold, down 8.4%.
314 new listings, up 79.4%.
Middleton
$527,801 median sales price, up 5.2% from September.
32 median days on market, down 8.6%.
64 homes sold, up 23.1%.
61 new listings, up 45.2%.
Star
$665,000 median sales price, unchanged from September.
17 median days on market, up 54.5%.
60 homes sold, down 11.8%.
82 new listings, up 100.0%.
