Why I do this.

I grew up here. I watched the valley change. I watched friends move away because the wrong agent put them in the wrong neighborhood for their family, and they blamed Idaho instead of the advice. That bugged me enough that I started as an appraiser first, then got my real estate license, and I've been helping families land correctly ever since.

Most of my clients are out-of-state buyers who already know they want to move here. They've watched the videos. They've done the math. What they need is someone who will sit down with them, share a screen, and show them the real Treasure Valley, not the version on a relocation brochure.

That's what I do.

Most agents here are selling the fantasy that Idaho is a universal dream. It's not. It's a specific place with specific values. Some people thrive here, some regret moving. I'll tell you which one you're probably going to be before we go under contract.

Three years valuing homes for a living taught me how the number gets built. When I list, you get a valuation defended by real comps. When you buy, every offer is grounded in data sellers can't argue with.

Outside of work

Life outside the transaction.

I live in Middleton with my wife Kathryn and our 4 kids on a few acres near the high school. Most weekends you'll find me working on the property, hauling kids to activities, or somewhere on the Boise River.

I'm a Christian, a conservative, and a second-generation Idahoan who wants to keep this place worth raising kids in.

What I believe

A few things I'll never compromise on.

The buyer is the hero, not me. I'm the guide. My job is to give you clarity and get out of the way.
