We hired Brian Hymas to help us find a new home in the Meridian area. He was responsive, attentive, and simply incredible through the process. I can’t recommend Brian highly enough. We sent Brian a few listings we were interested in, and he arranged for us to see the homes that same day. After viewing the homes and talking to us about our likes and dislikes, Brian suggested other homes for us to look into and got us immediate access to those homes. At this time, the market was very seller friendly and homes were sold within the first few days of being listed. It was very important for us to have a realtor that would respond immediately and make sure we could view homes as they were listed to make sure we had a shot to put in an offer. Brian put us on an email alert to let us know whenever a property fitting our needs was placed on the market. Often, Brian sent us listings before they appeared on Zillow and Trulia and other sites. Eventually, Brian found us a new build that fit our requirements. This property was not available to view on any sites. But because Brian knew the area so well, he knew of developments starting construction that weren’t available on various sites yet. We were able to make an offer on the home that was accepted by the builder as the foundation was being poured. As the home was being built, Brian continued to be engaged and attentive to our needs. We noticed a few problems with the build (such as wrong flooring and wrong tile patterns), and Brian immediately contacted the builder and had things done correctly. He was present during the walk through to make sure we liked the finished product and to help us identify final repairs. Even after moving in, he continued to help us if we had any problems. We had a few warranty issues, and Brian communicated these issues to the builder and got them corrected. Brian’s hard work allowed us to focus on moving and unpacking while he did the work with ensuring the house was perfect Brian made our move so much easier and smoother. I was shocked at how valuable and important he was in the process. His service to us exceeded all expectations. There is absolutely no better realtor than Brian Hymas.

Brian is an absolute marketing genius, and he knows exactly what to do showcase the value of your home. He was meticulous in preparing our home for its listing and showings. This included having stagers come in to add furnishing to enhanced our home, cleaning our windows, taking drone footage of the property during daylight and sunrise, creating professional photos and a phenomenal video walkthrough of our home, utilizing top technology to do a 3D video walkthrough of our home, and more! He sent us packing supplies while we were getting our home ready for stagings and clearly lined out what we needed to do to show it at its best. Brian is personable and responsive. He was quick to answer all of our questions, no matter how small. He did a lot of comprehensive market research to help us come up with the best price to list our house. He was formerly an appraiser, and he is well versed in home values. He offered several different strategies for price point with our home, and he is insanely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of picking different price points. The day after our listing went live, an identical house to ours listed their home for $20k less. We were worried this would cost us money, but Brian’s marketing was so much better than the other house, that it secured us an offer over our asking price and well over what the other house was sold for.
