One thing to note on Earnest Money: Some buyers will make their earnest money non-refundable. This is something to consider

4- Crossing the Finish Line


Signing = the act of pen signing a paper.

Title then takes the docs, distributes money, and then records at the county.


After the county records, we can now say the home is "Closed" and the ownership is officially transferred.
