5 items of a contract that REALLY matter!

1- Price

2- Terms of Financing

3- Dates of Moving in

4- Inclusions and Exclusions

5- Contingencies (Home Inspection, Appraisal Gap, Do you have a home to sell first?, etc)


Next is the home inspection that happens within 5-7 business days.


The appraisal is ordered after the home inspection(s) is/are done.


Be ready to give the lender everything they need, and do it PRONTO :)

4- The Home is Yours!

First, you need to sign at title.

Please take a check, or cashier's check and take that along with your ID to sign.


After you sign, title and escrow will disperse the funds and then record at the county.


After that, we will get word that the home is now yours!


Now is the time to celebrate.


Now is the time to use your credit card to make major purchases (Furniture, cars, etc)
